John Rice, visiting assistant professor of law at Duquesne University, joins the Business Scholarship Podcast to discuss his article Rainbow-Washing. In this article Rice confronts the dichotomy between corporate expressions of support for the LGBTQIA+ community, on the one hand, and actions inconsistent with those commitments, on the other hand.
