Edmund Schuster, associate professor of corporate law at the London School of Economics, joins the Business Scholarship Podcast to discuss his article Cloud Crypto Land. In this article, Schuster explains why enthusiasm around blockchain and smart-contract technologies must confront rule-of-law concerns that would make their application to new legal and economic use-cases doubtful.
